I am not lying when I say Roxy McDermott is the jackpot of life experience. If anyone could walk away from life living as a true victim of circumstance, it could be Roxy. Instead, she walks a different path. From abuse, to her mom's murder, to having next to nothing, and so much more, she manages to climb out of a victim mentality and into something far greater than she could have ever imagined for herself. Roxy, I am so privelaged to have met you and to have had this conversation with you. I learned so much!

Dawn and I met in Montana and I'm thankful our paths crossed. Dawn has been through some tremendous hardship and has no plans on giving up on the hope that carried her through.  What she has been through is heartbreaking and hard to even wrap my head around to be honest. Dawn has a HUGE heart and she is spreading the love where all the darkness lives. Thanks Dawn for your bravery AND going live with me. 

Hayden Olson found himself at a place in his life where he just couldn't keep up with life demands and was at a constant state of searching for true fulfillment. Hayden was living what most would want for their dream life. Great job, awesome wife, thriving kids, and waterfront views. Then, things took a wild turn. Hayden walks us through his life transformation and the birth of "Element Fitness" and so much more. Summer Moon is her name and we can all agree it's fantastic. Summer is a young mom who I had the pleasure meeting online.  After some brief conversation in person we decided we had a lot in common. I asked her if she would come talk to all of us on the podcast. Summer is awesome! We cover the loss of a house, raising babies, careers and life in general. One thing I learned from Summer is living life to the fullest means sacrifice and growth. Thanks Summer!

Melody Aanderud and I sit down and discuss the pivotal points in her life journey where she discovers that the Mormon religion was not where her heart was leading her. In November of 2018 (not even a year ago) Melody made a courageous step leaving the Mormon church despite her very deep generational roots in the       Mormonism faith. As one can imagine it has not been easy. She and her family are handling the transition with tremendous grace and are on a new path of finding their truth.  A huge thanks to Melody for being vulnerable to us all in her new transition. I hope you are encouraged by her bravery and courageous heart. I know I am! Thanks so much Melody!
