Who is Melissa McDonald you ask? A wife, mom, friend, sister, daughter, running coach, teacher, and best friend for life.  In all of the life roles she plays for others, love, is the common theme. I LOVED sitting down with Melissa and picking her brain wisdom. Be jealous you guys.  We live in the same neighborhood.
